When is the cut-off date?

The 20th of every month. Basically, to get that month’s box, you should subscribe/order a one-off box between the 21th of the previous month to the 20th of every month. 

 

When does the payment come out?

On the same day when you first subscribed. I did think about picking just one day a month, but we don’t all get paid on the same day. And this gives people more flexibility!

 

Can I pause my subscription?

 

Yes! You can pause once a quater. Please send an email to hello@starcrossedchapters.com I won’t try to convince you not to pause/cancel and there will be no questions asked! You will receive a confirmation email.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

 

Same as above, please send an email to hello@starcrossedchapters.com There will be no questions asked. Unfortunately, the website provider doesn’t let you do this yourself, but Starcrossed Chapters is still small enough that I can manage to sort all requests on my own, so please email me and I’ll get it done!

 

When do you ship?

 

Between the 20th-25th of every month, if not sooner!

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes! We ship internationally. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

 

What genres do you offer?

 

Right now only dark romance, romantasy, and dark romantasy. However, once we grow a little more, we’ll be looking to add other genres!
